You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must keep login credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access or suspected breach.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete and current account information and keep it updated.

Authorised Users

Access is limited to the number of users or seats included in your plan unless otherwise agreed.

Responsibility for Activity

You are responsible for actions taken through your account, whether by employees, contractors, or other authorised users.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected subscription. Fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Topic Failed payments
Terms We may suspend access to paid features if a charge is declined or remains unpaid.
Topic Price changes
Terms We may update pricing with advance notice before the new rates apply.
Topic Taxes
Terms Fees may exclude applicable taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, insecure, or harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.

Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or networks.
Reverse engineering, copying, reselling, or exploiting the Service beyond permitted use.
Uploading malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt the platform.
Interfering with platform security, rate limits, or normal system operation.
Using the Service to violate the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.

Intellectual Property

HelloCyberLab and all related software, branding, content, and platform functionality remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit, but grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and deliver the Service.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create risk to the Service, or use the platform in a prohibited manner.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete or anonymise account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and internal retention practices.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloCyberLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
